Airborne vitamin and herb supplement

During a recent visit to California I came across Airborne supplements to boost immunity against infections. I bought a good supply to bring back to UK thinking it my be helpful as I'm in W&W stage CLL. Does anyone know of this particular supplement and can it do me any harm by activating wrong cells?

Not something I would want to put into my body...

There are no studies supporting Airborne's effectiveness that meet scientific standards.

If you want to do something in watch and wait..

Get healthy... exercise daily, cook from scratch, no fast or packaged foods, eat more vegetables less meats, skip the deli counter and watch fruits and sugar intake...

Pills are not the answer... but there is much you can do to help the situation...

Our mothers were right... good food, exercise, stess free , and have fun...

Throw the Airborne in the tip!

Many thanks for your comments. Most of what you suggest , I do. I love Mediterranean food with loads of veg. I gave up red meat twenty yrs ago and only eat poultry and fish few times a week.

It's the exercise that I luck. For recent six years or so my physical activity has dwindled down to negligible due to osteoarthritis of the knees.

I like cooking and do cook from scratch.

So, hope I'll stay watching and waiting for a long time. Who knows....

Good luck to us all.

It's funny, I live in the states and have my mates from The UK send me Berocca tablets.

Can I add to the W&W list drink loads more water, it helps your body deal with infections by flushing them through. These days I never go out without my own bottle of water.
