I suspect one of the major challenges is trying to differentiate between cancers that have a high probability of progressing and those that will be dealt with by the body or will not progress. A good example relevant to CLL is Monoclonal B-Lymphocytosis (MBL). This is reasonably common in older people but doesn't usually progress to CLL.
Mind, it would be fascinating to be able to analyse the data reported from monitoring a large population with these sensors. That would really provide a solid foundation by which the risk of an incipient cancer report could be put into context.
