Last year many of you participated in a survey that was conducted by CLLSA to explore and understand quality of life issues with a negative impact on daily living. The purpose of the survey was to aid us outline recommendations for future research and improved care management.
Following quantitative analysis we are pleased to present an initial summary paper with a snapshot from the survey along with a full data summary. Your participation has indeed allowed us to identify and evidence early trends and emerging data is helping with development of patient led initiatives to improve care management, support and outcomes for CLL patients and their families, .
Next step is a more focused survey with support from partners in the health arena: patient groups, clinical research, the health provider and Industry.
While we are in the process of building and populating the new CLLSA website (anticipated launch in November) the papers can be found on the UK CLL clinical research community's site ukcllforum.org/Patient-Supp... These should also be up on our existing site after the weekend.
