Can Australians access a compassionate access scheme for Ibrutinib?

Does anyone in the UK know if Australians are able to access the compassionate access program to Ibrutinib over there? Janssen says there is no compassionate access program in Australia, however I keep reading on this blog about people in the UK being granted compassionate access. I recall that the UK and Australia used to have reciprocal medical benefits for their citizens. We're currently having to buy it and it costs $10,500 a month. If anyone has any advice it would be most appreciated. Thanks
