Thanks Brian, great post.

I think the end result of all that is well worth it.

If it makes you feel any better, for the "dermatology" I grow aloe as pot plants, and the lucky one gets to go on hol with me. (don't fly much these days though)

Was also good to see slippery elm mentioned.

So it makes a great reference list.
