Considering a CT scan is equivalent to 400 X Rays would it make more sense to leave it for further down the line?

I am due a CT scan shortly after 6 rounds of FCR. My response was good and blood is ok.
You might discuss this with your doctor...
This is common practice to view the effects that treatment has had on internal nodes... Unlikely your scan would be nearly that much radiation... usually chest/abdominal/pelvis scans are about 27 millisieverts...

What matters in regards to secondary cancers from radiation is lifetime exposure. You have a much greater risk of getting a secondary cancer due to having CLL, than a CTscan.

Yes, I think the 400X figure is for a head to toe scan with contrast (not sure they would ever do this however) ....skip the contrast and you can halve the amount... I have had scans like those.
I have a CT/PETscan scheduled for July, I think it will be my 15th or 16th...
When you have a leukaemia and a lymphoma, scanning goes up considerably!
