Getting stuck into our first arts project for children!

It was great to meet some of you at Sticky Art, CLDF’s very first event for children which took place last weekend.

Nine children aged from seven to 12 spent the day creating a variety of clocks and secret boxes out of sticky tape! Parents joined us at the end of the afternoon to see the results of their creative efforts and find out all about their day, at a local Italian restaurant.

It was great to see the children chatting and getting to know each other. For many of them, it was their first opportunity to meet other children who also have a liver condition or have had a transplant.

We’ll be looking to hold further events for children in the future so keep an eye on the website, emails and despatch, our quarterly newsletter.
