blood tests

Hi my daughter has had a full body blood test as she is suffereijg constipation and lathergic and sick when gets it and doesn’t eat or drink and all symptoms last around 6 days.

The bloods al come back normal with the liver saying satisfactory. I’m concerned why not normal but doctors have said no need for appointment

Any advice please
