Tips for keeping liver patient cold free?

I have a two month old baby with BA, and a toddler that attends daycare. As we all know toddlers are notorious for bringing home germs, especially in Winter! I would love some practical tips on keeping our immunocompromised baby safe from the frequent colds that find their way into our home
