Took my daughter into A&E friday morning due to a high temp turns out she had liver failure, cholangitis, ascites and sepsis! She was absolutely fine the day before and even had a check up on Wednesday at her big hospital to do with liver.
We only came out of hospital 16 days before this after an 8 day stay due to suspected cholangitis and ascites!
It's crazy how quickly things can change! Wondering what will happen next 🙄

Hi, BA journey it is so unpredictable my son it is 10 months old and fighting with BA last week we went at Local hospital to have a vitamine D injection and we end up staying for 6 days becouse he had a infection. We never know what it is next , need to take a day at the time.
Hope she will be fine only with Kasai, my son had Kasai when he was only 16 days old but unfortunately failed , till she was 6 months we have been in and aut off hospital many times with suspected cholangitis , we had to go for a Hickman line becouse they didn’t had where to poke his veins and now we are waiting for a liver transplant. We have to be strong for our little ones coz we don’t know what life lies ahead of us. 🥰 Hope your journey will be with less time spent in hospital
Hiya! We got back home Sunday evening after 17 days in hospital. She is back to her normal self now and we have a check up at her big hospital in London a week Friday!x
