Hi, after reading another mum's post, got me thinking that it would be good for us all to know what is out there, for when we hopefully all go oN our travels. All I know of so far are;

U.K. - Leeds, Birmingham, London (kings)

Switzerland - Geneva (what's it called?)

Anyone go anywhere else?

Hi, that's a very good idea!

One of consultants at King's mentioned there's a clinic in Dubai (after we asked if it was ok to travel). Not sure if they have a liver unit yet.

Hi, ooh that sounds good, one place always wanted to go 👍 One of the consultants at Leeds left last year to go & work in Singapore, so maybe there's 1 there too. I seem to remember a mum posting on here that there was 1 in Lyon too xx

That's a good idea as I took my daughter on her first holiday with AIH. I was worried about what medical support she might have while away.

The Geneva hospital is called HUG - Hopitaux universitaires Geneve (Rue Willy-Donze 6, CH-1205). I'll check the Singapore one as there's where my friends brother treats his son

I think there are also a few on the continent: Spain, Germany, France and Poland.. I am not sure of exact names/ cities though. I wonder if there is a handy resource on this or some sort of "paed liver conference"? Does anyone from CLDF on this forum know?

We have a link to the liver centres in Europe who are part of the European Reference Network, a clinical network for centres to share practice and learn from each other. Whilst this is definitely not an extensive list, it does list a number of the key liver centres across Europe:
