Recently I was advised that I have high cholesterol, given Statins, fell over and found TRIPLE STRENGTH SOYA LECITHIN capsules. They have lowered my cholesterol. I am also disabled. Justin

So did you stop the statins before taking the soya lethicin? How much did your LDL reduce by?

I did not. I started taking soya lecithins as a replacement. At the end of last year, my cholesterol was 6.4 and taking the soya lecithin, it has been reduced to 5.6.

That is certainly moving in the right direction. Think I'll give it a try.

I am now a supplement KING. I take triple strenghth etc, cod liver oil, co q10, equazen eye q, garlic and some nuts (to avoid testicular cancer), porrige and dried fruit. So every day, I rattle
