Hi manderson. Welcome to the club! Try the Oatly milk substitute drink. Soya yoghurts aren't too bad and I have acquired to taste for soya nuts for snacking on. Snack on fruit and the yoghurt drinks with plant sterols really work to lower cholesterol. I also add oat bran to anything possible - yoghurts, soup and breakfast cereals. Good luck.
