What happens when having Edema over a long time as I believe there is no cure if caused by water leaking from the capillaries to tissues

Does edema ever clear up given the water from the cappillaries leak into the tissues.I understand there is not much can be done to stop this happening. Diuretics, special stockings and exercise can help but is there more as I believe it can be a sign of chronic heart failure

I’ve been told that I may have leaking capillaries as a result of the COVID jab. I have a rash on my arms and legs and also oedema in my feet and legs, sometimes I am not able to walk properly. I hope you have found an answer to your question sargrith. 🙂
