Has anybody taken Cholbiomex3 to reduce their cholesterol?

It contains a probiotic Lactobacillus plantarum, Vitamin B3 (nicotinamide) and red yeast rice rich in monacolin K. The reviews read very good although some folk had the same reactions as they did from statins due to the addition of monacolin K.

Hi Katy,

I take Cholbiome X3. With it I reduced my level from over 6 to 4.5. And my blood pressure fell a few points too.

If you react with the monacolin ,they do a basic version without red yeast rice.

I’d suggest you give it a try

Ben

Sandy, last January my cholesterol had gone up again to 9.1 Am I worried? Yes and no.

It did the same 3 years ago when in 2 months I managed to reduce it to 5.4 but I find it difficult sticking to a strict diet as my husband loves food.

Hi,

Thank you. I love my food as well. after reading the book, X- PERT health, written by UK, NHS. I am beginning to control food intake. Helping me to maintain my weight, I am not worried about blood test numbers.

Take care.
