Maybe someone can help me - someone had posted before about a drink the took everyday that lowered their cholesterol - its seems like it was a yogurt type drink. can anyone help me

It's also worth noticing that some people can take one of Benecol (stanol) or the sterol drinks and not the other.

As I understand it, these work by outcompeting cholesterol absorption from food but tricking your body into thinking it's absorbing cholesterol, so the effect is limited to whatever your body would have taken from diet anyway - typically no more than 15%.

I imagine they are referring to BENECOL available in most Supermarkets 😌

There is an over the counter Cholesterol lowering plant sterol product called 'Cholestoff'. If prices keep going up as they are, I'll be using this inclusive of lots of exercise, protein drinks and the cutting out of sugar products.
