Cholesterol is produced naturally in the body and has an important role to play in the brain and hormone production. Very little from food. Eating healthily as explained above is of course important.
Low thyroid is often linked to raised cholesterol - have you been CORRECTLY tested ?

In addition, you must walk daily between 30 and 60 minutes at a brisk pace:
