I read that the body can make glucose from excess protein maybe test your blood glucose level after eating and see what food is causing it

There are new method of monitoring blood glucose. Please have a look at this web site, (freestylelibre.co.uk) . you can decide to buy a monitor that is attached to your arm and check the levels on a mobile phone app or but monitor and device to decode the data from the monitor.

I saw the device being used on a TV programme and today there is an article in the you magazine.

I get NHS blood check once a year, if for any reason I need to check the levels,

I pay £10. 00 at the local chemist to check both blood glucose and cholesterol values.
