Well I've seen my gp this morning, and I'm so HAPPY 😁 after worrying all week that my cholesterol was 6.2 with all the calculations they have worked out it means I'm not at risk of having heart attack or a stroke, so now I'm going to watch my weight, as I'm over weight for my height, but I'm so so positive i will lose weight. And the best news I've received is that I don't have to take statins

I am happy for you. As you say best news.

Regular exercise and watching out for hidden and free sugar can help towards a healthy life. Do you have all the lipid number for others to read, and car you offer the calculation details, again for others to understand and learn from it.

Do look at height to waist ratio as well.
