Thinking of seeing one of these for helping with high blood pressure. Anyone tried one. Been recommended ann pemberton in Leeds.

I've never tried one, but if you've checked her out, she might be worth a try if you've got the money to do it.

Hi Rocheen

There's an awful lot of of information out there free already on diet and blood pressure.

Basically to cut blood pressure, you need a good supply of magnesium and potassium and vitamin c in your diet. Which in practice translates to lots of fruit and veg.... Try to avoid processed foods that are high in salt and cook things yourself.
