It has been suggested that I try Bergamot to lower blood cholesterol! If any have found this helped them to lower cholesterol, then I can give it a try. Looked on line, it looks very expensive.

Any one used Bergamot to Lower Blood Cholesterol ?
Hi Bala, havent tried this but tried all sorts of other supplements. Kyolic garlic, VD, fish oils, hemp seed, soya lecithin, L-arginine, taurine, Ubiquinol, for cholesterol and blood pressure nothing seems to work. I think I may be just wasting my money.
Just like the Pharmaceutical industry there is big business behind supplements. So big prices and big claims.
I think you are right. Do you use any.
No.... recently I have spent a lot of time working in Canada and the suppliment business is out of control. It seems anyone can start up a company and produce justvaboutvsnythingvsnd make what ever claims they want for their wonder suppliment without having to back it up and them wait for the money to come in. I don't know if it us the same here but I am very sceptical about the whole thing. I am certain I can get all I need from food. Having said that I am on 7 pills a day from the pharmacy.
Thank you. I told my GP I will investigate!.
I am not prepared to pay a lot of money to do a test in a say so!
For me natural food is best, I am slowly bringing my cholesterol down, not very large amount.!
One life I want to enjoy it, am 69, may be another 10 years, only time will tell with out any medication
Skip the supliments. Buy Earl Grey Tea or Lady Grey. Bergamot is part of the tea and probably a lot cheaper than the supliments.
