I would be happy with those results, you can test your bp to often try not to worry so much, if it were me I would only get your machine out if you feel it necessary ? Once a week if that.

Your anxiety is driving your worries over your BP Your figures on each occasion are well within parameters! Can I make a suggestion? Throw your machine in the bin!!!!!! Concentrate on living your life - take a look out of the window today and look around you. Can you see all those people out there will much more major worries than you? Some could have a dying child, some could have an elderly relative with altziemers, some could be out of work and wondering where their next meal is coming from - I know you feel at your lowest ebb and your worries over your health seem to you to be major struggles but you are not alone in this - take stock of where you are and where some others are and thank your lucky stars you are in such a position to be talking to us. I wish you well, live a healthy life, eat good food, take a walk every day, and take care of you.
