I was born “normal.” My deformities were caused by a plastic surgeon. I am ashamed every single day. I don’t know how to live with the shame 💔now man deformed and disabled

Shame can be a really difficult feeling to cope with as we know it can be really hard to talk about, so its really positive you have been able to identify this and be open about how you have been feeling with us on here.
