What's New Wednesday

Last week we introduced What's New Wednesday as a new feature to enable people to check in with each other. You can talk about how things have been or post about something interesting in the last week, to get us all chatting, get to know each other and offer mutual support. You can share about anything - good, bad or otherwise; it can be something that happened to you personally, something you saw, read or learnt; it can be funny, interesting or sad. Basically, “What's New Wednesday” is the way the community can check in with each other and see how everyone is doing this week.

So, I went back for more Pilates this week, would you believe it!! And my instructor suggested that I might want to try ballet as well!!! Please, please is there anyone out there who knows a better way to build core strength other than resorting to torture?

Go on, let's hear it how’s your week been?
