Seriously... Get this book! Katie piper has always been a massive inspiration to me (more so now because of my facial difference) so by having this journal be given to me on Chrismas, it was amazing!

Day by day there are inspiring quotes to get you walking outside, meeting new people, having a positive attitude and doing something different (things that a person with a facial difference may find challenging). This is honestly a great journal and you should buy it to inspire and motivate you xx

This sounds very interesting, Crystal, and it's great to hear much this helped you. Maybe others will be able to share their use of this or other journals - or even other ways they have found to cope too.
