So sorry to hear of your sad loss Lindyloo and I send sympathies to you. Please allow yourself to grieve and look after you too at this difficult time.

Maybe a light box would help with the SAD.

Sending gentle hugs your way xxxxx

So sorry to hear about your mum. Please be kind to yourself, I am sure that is what your mum would have wanted.

I think the SAD box mentioned by Sassy is a really good idea.

Sending lots of warm thoughts your way.

So sorry to hear of your loss. My deepest condolences. I know this will be a sad and busy time for you, but please don’t forget to take some time and space to look after yourself and your own needs too.

The suggestion of a light box from sassy59 and Hellebelle is a great idea for your SAD if you haven’t already tried.

The loss of a loved one can be very difficult to cope with for so many reasons, so sending all my love and good wishes to you at this time for the strength to help see you through.

So sorry for your loss, there are support services like Cruse who may be able to help, do tell your GP, get enough sleep, so you might need some help with this.

Awful for you - so sorry for your loss. I suffered SAD for years until I tried Vit D spray - couple of shots of that per day for a few days then one a day after. Never had SAD since. When I was diagnosed with Sjogren’s I was put on Vit B12 as well. Do give it a try. Cheaper than a light box and will do you good. Take care some tough months ahead x x

Thank you Cas, do I buy Vit D spray from a health food shop or would a doctor prescribe it! I already take 1000 mcg Vit C daily as I know there isn't enough in my diet!
