Hello and welcome to another Friday. How has your week been?

We hope you were able to access the section on 'Ask the expert' yesterday. It was a very informative and helpful forum with lots of pertinent questions answered by Lyn.

We would like to hear how you have been this week, any high spots that you would like to share or any low ones, all comments are welcome.

As it has been a difficult time this past week I have looked for an inspirational and uplifting quote that I would like to share with you.

RESPONSIBILITY - Fulfill the obligations that the past gives,

Embrace the opportunity for service based in love.

Mary Anne Radmacher.

Best wishes to every carer and your loved ones.

MAS Nurse.

Hi MAS_Nurse I saw a picture this week with this saying and loved it. Probably because it was a picture of a really cute puppy :)

"Laughter is like a windshield wiper, it doesn't stop the rain but allows us to keep going"
