Capsule sigmonoscopy

I am due to have a sigmonoscopy soon and I am worried about the procedure and the after effects can anyone tell me if there had one ?

Hi,I've had one,and to be honest I was like you worried,so I asked for a sedative,and he told me,he would give me one,but I really didn't need it.

So I trusted him and didn't have one. He was right it was no problem at all,or after. I know we're all different ,but I hope this helps.👍
