My husband is losing the strength in his legs, he likes to go out whenever possible. What is the best sort of place to take him to meet up with people. He is only 66. X

Respite care
I’d say a lap dance club, I bet that would cheer him up lol, how about your local library, does he have a lot of symptoms?, or a hobby, personally I want one of them big drones, he could put a camera on it and spy on your
On them next door lol watch footy for free lol, or maybe a local church group, I understand how much concern your going through, best of luck.

Philip -- Your responses to HF55's request for suggestions on where to take her husband to meet up with other people offend me. Your suggestions of local library or local church group are good, but "lap dance club" or "drone with camera . . . to spy on them next door" are, in my opinion, out of line for a helpful group like this.
Thats where the sense of humour comes in lol I offer you a big SORRY but we all have a little laugh and it is light hearted, if you see my name either block me, don't look or lighten up.
H55 -- If your husband is a U.S. war veteran, he might want to contact the American Legion or Veterans of Foreign Wars. Both organizations have auxiliaries for members' spouses. I imagine there are similar organizations in the U.K.
