what my mum told me

The only bit of advice I remember my mother giving me was when I got to about 16 - she said I should always wear a vest as boys take advantages of girls who don't wear one! Now I am getting older I have started wearing one again when it's really cold. Haven't been taken advantage of yet!!

My Mother always told me to be kind to elderly people. I have always tried to do it. As I get older I wonder why more people are not kind to the elderly. Starting with the government! You are made to feel you are a burden and the sooner you shuffle off this mortal coil thge better.
