joint pain

hi guys, I’ve recently started going to the gym for about 3 months ish. My left leg (which is my overgrowth side) has grown 5 inches bigger than the left around my thigh and 1 and 1/2 inches around my ankle. Also I’m experiencing quite a lot of joint pain in my hips, knees and ankles and pain in my shin weirdly enough. Has anyone else experienced this or got any answers as to why it happens?

sorry not able to help as have no experience with this. Have you tried our Facebook group. I could ask the Italian support group if you think this is a good idea. Hope the pain subsides.

Best wishes
