Is this a spike? How to keep calm during extremly loud long tinnitus spikes?

Could this be a spike?? If you read my other posts, I havent slept without booze for 2 days. Last night 3 white claws wasn't enough so while my tinnitus seemed a but quieter, I still had that really loud catastrophic booming loud speaker noise when I sobered up and I was still anxious about the T cause I knew it was roaring loudly when it seemed quieter cause of the booze. I'm panicking, what if this is my new level? My tinnitus is also reactive and my ears feel like their burning cause theres a piercing loud high pitch sound as well. I worry when I wake up itll still be there cause it has been and only gotten a little quieter but still severe. Yesterday I woke up and i thought it was gonna be a quiet day but nope it just got loud again damnit . My dad keeps asking me what's wrong with me cause I seem out of it and I am I cant think straight. I know sleep can reset my tinnitus but I tapered off clonazepam a week ago... I dont have anymore. I worry I didn't taper properly enough and I hear people get a benzo increase that can be permanent and cause severe tinnitus..l overdosed on tumeric circumin too I had like 30 pills I took cause I hear it calms tinnitus down and I desperately wanted to fix my reactive tinnitus. My ear is burning bad too and the temples of my head feels tense.

How long were you on Clonazepam and how did you taper off? It has a long half life of up to 50hours so you wouldn’t even see withdrawal symptoms til days after last dose. You could be in that now so hence the anxiety is worse. Please talk to your GP about it. The promethazine I mentioned is non addictive sedative as it’s a antihistamine. And they generally don’t mind prescribing it

A month I cant livE with it being this loud, I live with my dad who is rude as fuck and he experience complete silence, I think god wants me to kill ,myself or this wouldn't l how could one go from very faint tinnitus to degilating catastrophic tinnitus. I had faint non reactive tinnitus at some point now I feel like death is waiting I wanna die I dint but how can I be fine when t is catastrophic. It's not a real sound bite its obv7a brainnamapdunction at this point. Sorry there's no cure for this condition I need slmthetgijbg to knock me put.out

This is how I felt also. And why I needed to get mental health support. Please please ring your GP and tell them how you’re feeling.

Tinnitus when. Its. Loud bilitating is creepy as hell. My dad is emotionally abusive and he experience complete silence and hes real mean, I feel I've lost all faith in gkdcause km experience hell level tinnitus and he isn't all he did was broken bones, tinnitus is creepy as hell when its loud. No one understands why I'm in a fog . I'm in. The twilight zone, im o my obese too. Sorry I needed relief it's so bad I couldn't help but get drugged up, the coronavirus is here I'd rather have that tab this

Oh my god I made so many soelling mistakes cause I was boozed up .that was 2 days ago. But today has been much quieter afte ed sleeping anyway sorry for ranting.
