With recent threads and discussions about Habituation, I guess this will be of interest.

Acceptance is Not the Answer to Tinnitus. From RewiringTinnitus.

He's says, "Acceptance happens automatically as you habituate. You could even say that acceptance is the emotional state of habituation.", and in conclusion, "If you’re suffering and struggling to accept your tinnitus, you’re not doing it wrong. Acceptance will happen automatically when you’re on the right track with habituation. It can’t be forced."

thank you for posting this. I have accepted my t because it’s easier to accept it than to keep battling . I am half way I should say to habituation . This man on this video is easy to understand.

Thank you for the very positive video, I am really struggling with my Tinnitus at the moment and watching this has given me the reassurance that I am not doing it wrong and I will eventually habituate, he has put it into perspective and that’s something I can hold onto.

Thank you.

Glen Schweitzer has a lot of positive things to say about tinnitus and Meniere's, so his writing is always worth seeking out and taking into consideration.

Thanks Dave. What a nice guy. I've requested his book from the library.
