Flooding mucas at night since starting Tobramycin

I just started Tobramycin after failed 3 week pik line of antibiotics for Pseuodomonas,

now havre sore throat and cough and non stop flooding mucas and worse exhaustion.

Culture shows Pseudomonas +1 even after weeks of Pkk line iv antibiotics

Can the Toby wihtout Cipro help get rid of this? I feel very infected and dont know if the Toby is making it worse or better >?
