Hi

I have fat in the liver and the only advise I was given is to lose weight. I have now found that if I drink pure grape juice (not grapefruit) and eat 3 teaspoons of honey twice a day it helps with the discomfort. I also read that you should eat raw vegatables and drink veg juice. This helps me so I hope it will help you.

I was told fruit sugar is good as it is natural and eat anything which contains under 6% per 100 of fat. Very restricting, lost the weight, even tough I didnt need to, but still have raised LFT's
