Hey, I am 31yo woman diagnosed with endometriosis - and now as well FNH. A liver adenoma was an incidental finding during CT scan on one of A&E visits, doctors decided to follow that up with a biopsy.
I was informed that I do most likely have FNH based on liver biopsy results, however not sure what the rest of the report means
any help would be appreciated, many thanks x

It sounds like you've been through a lot, and it’s great that your doctors are following up to get more answers. From what you’ve shared, FNH (focal nodular hyperplasia) is usually a benign liver condition that doesn’t typically cause major problems or require treatment unless there are specific symptoms or concerns. That said, the report can definitely feel overwhelming to read, so it’s completely okay to ask your doctor to walk you through it and explain what it means for your health going forward. They might also recommend follow-up imaging or monitoring to keep an eye on things.
You're doing the right thing by staying informed and asking questions. I hope this brings you some peace of mind, but definitely reach out to your doctor for a more detailed explanation. Take care, and I hope everything turns out well for you!
