Fibroscan : it was kpa 6.5 back in Feb... - British Liver Trust
Fibroscan
Is the scan photo the one from February?
It's saying 192 CAP which isn't even classed as Steatosis Grade 1 (not into S1 fatty liver) and kPa of 6.5 which would be a normal reading.
yes but now I have itchy skin and Painful liver and spleen I drank till June
What are your blood numbers saying?
It's unlikely you've jumped to cirrhosis in such a short time from a normal healthy liver.
BUT, you could potentially have alcohol related hepatitis which often has cirrhosis type symptoms but not cirrhosis. Enlarged inflamed liver can be painful - the liver itself has no pain receptors so you can't technically get liver pain but an enlarged liver can stretch the Glisson's Capsule which surrounds it or press on other organs and this can be painful. Liver itch is generally (but not always) related to a rise in bilirubin.
