Sore eyes and lips - liver related?

Hi, I have MASLD and was diagnosed last year with cirrhosis. I also have several other health conditions, including type 2 diabetes (insulin controlled) and severe bile acid malabsorption.

I have multiple symptoms, and it is difficult to know which condition is causing which symptom! I have recently developed very watery eyes, and sore, chapped lips. Could these be liver related, or something else?
