Hi first thing STOP GOOGLING. Next start asking questions with your doctor or consultant. The trouble with google is you can get any answers you want and mostly one’s you don’t want it just worries you for no good reason 🙏please stop. I tell everyone put a piece of paper on the fridge and every time you think of a question write it on the list then when you see a doctor/consultant give them the list or ask from the list. Good luck I wish you all the best 💕💕.

Stay safe All

time to worry is when your b12 level is low .excess b12 is flushed out with urine no high level set because of low toxicity no problem

High B12 needs investigating but you have been posting for over 3 years and say you gave up drinking a month ago.You know drinking is causing you health problems and you've had lots of tests bit still not quit.

Don't use tests to judge if the drinks causing harm, don't use reasonable results as an excuse to continue drinking.

One day it will be too late.
