raised enzymes & nausea

hi everyone,

has anyone with raised ALTs experienced ongoing nausea throughout the day, every day? For context my ALTs are now at 509, every gastro doctor I have seen (I’ve seen around 5) have told me I shouldn’t be feeling nauseous, I shouldn’t have any symptoms…

everything I read online says otherwise though? It’s the most debilitating symptom, and I’m now anxious because if I “shouldn’t” be having this symptom, it makes you wonder where else it’s coming from and if it’ll ever go away

yes, I am in exactly the same position. I don’t eat much and if I eat too much I’m usually sick. I’ve lost an incredible amount of weight. My consultant has kept me on Ursofalk but cut out Besalip to see if this helps. The Besalip was helping to bring my numbers right down to 280 from 500 plus.
