My doctor told me mine was a bit high but nothing to worry about he said I asked it was he said it should be 71 and mine was 118 I thought that was great because mine was 900 near 1000 at 1 time I actually went of the drink for 10 months and got it down to 76 but I went back to having a beer a few times a week I don't drink anything else but before I was drinking 7 days a week if you can go of it for say 3 to 6 months I'm sure you could get the numbers down it's not easy and I'm not a doctor and I'm a bit of a hypocrite because I still have a beer now and then but I'm nowhere near where I was my scans have always been nothing to worry about but I think the 10 months of it and reducing 80% of what I drank saved me you can do it and goodluck 👍
