discomfort under ribs

I feel fine, then I get pain around liver area and get stomach cramps which I end up having to poo the colour is quite yellowish (sorry for details!) once I have been feel much better this has been going on for some weeks now it is definitely worse if I were to eat food with fats in, any ideas please? By the way I have IBS AIH/ PBC and Barrett’s oesphagus. Thanks

Sounds very much like gall bladder/gall stone issues rather than to do with your other liver related ailments but you need to get your doctor to investigate further.

Hi , it sounds like a change in your diet would be helpful. Can you ask your consultant or specialist nurse for a referral to a Dietician. I have found it's made a big improvement to my general health- since l saw the Dietician. I have Cirrhosis. Wishing you all the best and hope this will help
