Just had a scan because one of my blood test readings on my liver was high,, they tell me I have fatty liver What's best food to start eating to help, I've started diet now lots of walking and drinking lots of water,, they tell me to come back in 3 years ?

They have a downloadable booklet (or you can request a printed copy) entitled Treating NAFLD with healthy diet and physical activity and you can find it at:- britishlivertrust.org.uk/do...

All of which should give you good pointers.
