Liver cyst

I have been told I have a large liver cyst (110mmx12mm). Scan and CT scan complete and I have a few, smaller cysts as well but no mention of size, so I assume small.

Had gallbladder removed years ago and was born with jaundice.

Blood tests are all fine

I suffer from discomfort upper right side and back and excessive wind trapped wind that bends you double but also I get exceptionally hot at night. I don't sweat just hot, so hot I feel unwell the next morning. I have mentioned this numerous times but Dr says menapause. Which I took HRT for and never did anything for the night issue.

Wondering if this could be connected to the cyst. Anyone had similar??
