Hi everyone

has anyone ever known, or knows of any hotels, B&B's etc. In England that caters for cirrhosis diets? it would be nice to go away for a few days or a week and not have to worry about eating suitable meals.

There is no such thing as a "chlorosis-friendly diet" outside of your treatment plan, and I highly doubt anywhere will advertise such a thing.

I wouldn't worry about it, just don't eat junk food every night and you should be fine.
