worried about returning liver lesions

I am under my consultant again for returning liver lesions. The last one was benign, to date all the test have shown that these new lesions are benign however I can't help thinking some thing has been missed. I have been give several options on how the Drs would like to processed. I have opted to have them fully removed as they have changed slightly in the last few mths. I was wondering if anyone else has had returning lesions (benign).
