According to the ommi calculator my results are indicative of cirrhosis. it says 1.45 too high I have been getting liver pain and muscle cramps and esophogus problems for quite a while now any thoughts.

Of no relevance when bloods are within range. You already have your liver diagnosis ... fatty liver as seen on CT.

No idea what the omni calculator is but the de ritis ratio AST:ALT isn't used for diagnosis unless the bloods are out of range or if there is known cirrhosis to potentially identify cause. Such calculations are best left to your own doctors and you already have a diagnosis for the liver your other issues are 'other issues' as we have discussed numerous times before.

Wrong conclusion. Not enough data to make any diagnosis. IF you have any doubts about your liver status (or other health issues) the best is to see your doctor.
