Burning pains and drug/food sensitivities

hi.

my first post here.

i havent had confirmation . im in uk and nhs takes its time. i was originally told on 3 hospital admissions that my bloods were all fine. then found out from gp on random visit that all had shown high liver enzymes. thats the extent of what i know.

i experience a bad burning pain in my face and upper body, i get fluid build up in stomach and i react badly to some things (the burning gets worse(like a bad flushed feeling) and ectopic heart beats) like opiate meds (ive taken them most my life and am opiate depndant so this is huge issue) also all drugs feel stronger and last longer than they should.. i also start getting same reaction off things like chocolate.

can anyone relate to the burning feeling. its made worse by moving around or taking meds/foods. setting off heart racing .funny beats etc.

im in very hard situation and its very scary im a single dad and anyone that could help me confirm this is liver related would be appreciated.
