Been off the drink now 14 months been for a assessment for TP just waiting to see if i can get on list, my recent blood test showed my bilirubin is 81 now down from 140, INR still 2.1 is that a big jump forward for the good 140 to 81 if any one with decompensated liver what are yours

My bili is now down to 21 but it was over 200 at diagnosis. My INR is 1.6. (ish) so yours is high. They might put you on blood thinners if you need them.It is a big jump for your bili, but it should keep coming down if you stick with no booze. For reference I have been on tx list since January 23.
