An ultrasound recently revealed a cluster of small gallstones and non alcoholic fatty liver. Everything else was normal. I had the ultrasound as I had tender upper abdomen. I don't have painful attacks just a tender feeling. Nuisance value really. Has anyone been able to get rid of gallstones naturally. Thanks for reading.

They can disperse as mine did but I was in on the floor agony with them. My daughter had hers removed… just a small keyhole op

Thanks. That's encouraging perhaps mine will disperse as well. Fingers crossed.

Hi, a friend had gallstones and was told to totally remove fat from her diet until they could operate. I’m not sure that’s a good idea for someone with liver disease though so I’d check with your doctor and perhaps request a dietician referral before trying it.
